davidl923 Report post Posted 06/11/2010 03:33 PM I have downloaded the VoiceGuide to try but when I setup my analog modem I get the follow error message in the state box "LINEERR_INVALMEDIAMODE". The version of VoiceGuide I downloaded was 5.2 running on a Windows XP Pro machnine. The modem is a USRobotics 56k fax modem. I can call the modem and the AA indicator light flashes but the VoiceGuide software does not answer the call. Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 06/11/2010 09:36 PM Looks like the modem that you are using is not a "Voice" modem. You will need to get a voice capable modem, or better yet, get a Dialogic card. If price is an issue then second hand Dialogic cards are comparable in price to the modems - look on Ebay. NB: modems marked "Simultaneous Voice and Data" are not "Voice" modems.
