Brief about Problem.

 

We have a web site developed in dot net, we have requirement that we want to use IVR solution in our web site. ie. if caller call to our IVR system then on the basis of that keys pressed by caller we want to take some actions or insert data in database . does it possible using voice guide.

VoiceGuide can read data from and insert data into the data base. It's very straightforward to achieve it.
