SupportTeam Report post Posted 06/24/2010 09:25 AM Best way to confirm the line is working to to actually place an outbound call on it. If you have two or more lines in the IVR system then you can have one line call the other line - and send DTMF tones between the two lines confirm each line can hear the other one.
