OverSeer Report post Posted 07/13/2010 01:12 PM It would be a nice feature to shut down the IVR software gracefully, and by that I mean, hit a button and it "closes" any inactive lines and any that are active will wait until the call completes and then close those as well, finally exiting the software. In v7 this is now supported for ISDN trunks - the unused channels are blocked and then once all are blocked (and hence not taking any calls) then the service can be stopped without any calls being dropped. The analog equivalent (taking analog lines off-hook once there is no call on them) is not yet implemented , but is not far off (in v7 only). Share this post Link to post
