On 1st pc i have install the dialogic card d41/e, ISA version. On this computer i install VoiceGuide IVR Software from www.voiceguide.com . On this card i will enter with 4 pstn lines from a central ramcom av28. On my script i have transfer to operator. Can u tell me how will connect the telephone desk to this sistem ? and to be posible agent to answer the calls? kind, d Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 07/20/2010 08:12 PM It is not possible to attach a telephone handset directly to the d41/e cafd (or any other card that is designed for telephone lines). You will need a PBX and sit the IVR behind the PBX. Then you can can transfer calls to agents attached to the PBX. Share this post Link to post
