In some releases of VoiceGuide if call was retried a number of times and was busy all times the call entry was left in the callque table with the retries setting left at -1. It just provides another record of which calls were never answered, and allows the calls to be made again by simply changing the retries column in database. The need for having these entries left in database has been largely superseded by the 'OnRetriesExhausted' command option. Share this post Link to post
