Guest fsoudbakhsh Report post Posted 08/04/2010 07:42 AM Hello, I am not sure why all the sudden the HMP or VG7 drop the line. I have done all I know to fix this problem: disable the firewall. remove and install .net3.5 ( how can I test .net to insure it works properly for v7?) disable the wireless network connection. update Local Area Connection driver. first installed HMP driver and run it. then install VG7.1.1 the port opens for while but it will close after some time or if I am stopping and starting the VG7 the port fail to open again. I am about to setup the HMP and v7 on my production system. I need to find out if I face such a problem during the production how can I quickly fix it. before it heart my business. SupportTeam Report post Posted 08/05/2010 05:45 AM Attached traces show that HMP is not working correctly on this system. VoiceGuide cannot even open any HMP ports on the system. You will need to get HMP working first and confirm that the demo HMP sample apps work, before installing VoiceGuide. Share this post Link to post
