I'll use a 4-line analog Dialogic card with VG. I'm familiar with VG and scripting, but haven't used ACD yet. I have a client installed and connected to the server fine, but am not sure how to make my script make use of the ACD queue. - Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 08/09/2010 08:45 AM With ACD you just use at Transfer Call module to transfer the call to an ACD queue. Eg. if you use this expression in the Transfer Call module: acd:newsales the call will be placed in ACD queue newsales. Agents which have skill level in 'agents' category will then have that call routed to them when available. Skilled based routing is used to route the call, so agent with highest skill that is available is chosen. Share this post Link to post
