SupportTeam Report post Posted 08/08/2010 08:05 PM If you setup VoiceGuide to handle the ACD queues then VoiceGuide will play music on hold (and can also play position in queue and waiting time left etc.) to callers while they wait for call to be transferred to agent. Share this post Link to post
