Guest neutroz Report post Posted 08/17/2010 07:22 PM I am using VoiceGuide to forward received voicemails to an on-call technician. Here is a simple step-by-step scenario: 1.) A voicemail is received. 2.) VoiceGuide dials the forward number which is the on-call techs phone. 3.) The tech answers the phone usually saying "Hello". 4.) VoiceGuide begins playing the voicemail recording. I would like to modify step 4 so that after the tech says hello, VoiceGuide will announce to the technician that a voicemail recording is going to follow. This way the tech doesn't actually think a real person is talking when it is just a recording. Any ideas. Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 08/17/2010 08:22 PM The voicemail scripts and the voicemail forwarding scripts cal all be edited. See the VoiceGuide's \system\vm\ subdirectory. All the scripts are there and they can be edited if you use the Enterprise version of VoiceGuide. Share this post Link to post
