iTime Report post Posted 08/20/2010 06:04 PM Dear Support, Previously I have asked you a similar question regarding compatibility with Cisco VoIP system. Since now I know VoiceGuide7 will run on it, let me ask some other questions: 1. Can VoiceGuide7 simultaneously handle 250 lines of calls from Cisco (VoIP) system? 2. If so, what would be the recommended Spec for an IVR Server? I believe the number of lines would not matter much, but just want to make sure with you guys. Thanks! Share this post Link to post

If so, what would be the recommended Spec for an IVR Server? Higher end Intel Xeon CPU based system, with about 4GB RAM. Something like a IBM System x3400 M3 tower, or IBM System x3550 M3 rack. Chose a motherboard/system where a second CPU can be added if scripts start tasks that require a lot of CPU time as well. Share this post Link to post
iTime Report post Posted 08/23/2010 04:37 PM Thanks a lot! Let me ask one more related question regarding VoiceGuide7 on VoIP: I read from the help site that I need Dialogic's HMP 3.0 (or later) for VoIP. For this configuration, can I install VoiceGuide7 on a Virtual Machine? Thanks. Share this post Link to post
