SupportTeam Report post Posted 08/30/2010 08:41 PM Trace shows call was answered after 25 seconds of ringing, and an Operator Intercept tone was played immediately after answering. Operator Intercept tone indicates the number is unreachable or does not exist etc. Looks like it was not played by Telco but by the system answering the call.
