Line Does Not Hang Up

Please assist,

the line anwsers,

I leave a message but the disconnect tone does not seem be recognised - so the line never hangs up until I do a shutdown

That is the reason I have attached a logfile - the line does not release, even though vg is detecting the disconnect tone
