bpolack Report post Posted 09/23/2010 03:54 PM I attempted to Activate the VG license, but it does not take effect, after restarting the service. There may be a copy of the VG folder from another server on this server that is causing the problem. Is there a file or something that could be cleared for the license to take effect? SupportTeam Report post Posted 09/23/2010 08:04 PM Sounds like you are using VoiceGuide v7. In v7 you just need to enter license details in the "VoiceGuide License Manager" application and restart the service. If you still have problems please email to sales@voiceguide.com the screenshot of the VoiceGuide License Manager with the license field filled in, and the vgEngine trace showing showing system startup.
