wallingd Report post Posted 10/11/2003 06:27 AM Hello, I've got a Toshiba Strata DK280 configured with the D tone activated upon hangup. I'm running against a Dialogic D/41D in a Win2k box running VoiceGuide 4.8.51 Pro 4 Line. Below is a snippit indicating that the D tone is being received by VG during a voicemail message record: 82437 8 RVreplace start: [Voicemail Box $RV[iNBAND]] 82453 8 CID at RvProcessAndReplace [] 82468 8 RVreplace end: [Voicemail Box 205] 82484 8 CID at RunModule% [] 82562 8 [205] Playing Welcome Message 82843 8 PlaySoundStart ok [C:\Program Files\VoiceGuide\data\VmWelc\205.wav] 82906 8 [205] Play welcome message 86796 8 Play End line[8] (id=682703) 86812 8 LsVmLm_PlayWelc EV_PLAY_FINISHED 86921 8 PlaySoundStart ok [C:\Program Files\VoiceGuide\system\voicedlgc\beep1.wav] 87156 8 wb(68687500) 87218 8 Play End line[8] (id=686875) 87250 8 LsVmLm_PlayWelc_Beep EV_PLAY_FINISHED 87328 8 RecSoundStart file[C:\Program Files\VoiceGuide\data\VmSave\205_1010224151_1_8_.wav] ok 87343 8 [205] Recording Message 95546 8 tapie monitordigits 68 2 95562 8 LsVmLm_Rec [D] 97671 8 LsVmLm_Rec EV_REC_FINISHED 99812 8 tapie monitortone 1 The Voicemail module does not seem to be hanging up the call ever in response to the D tone - it must be stopped using the hang up button. I've added "On {D} Goto [Hangup]" to the other modules in the script and confirmed that the script does immediately proceed to the Hangup module upon reception of the D tone. I've looked through the articles I could find on Disconnect detection, and I've looked through the articles on voicemail - so far I can't find anything marrying the two together. And I can't find anywhere to put an "On {D}..." statement so that it impacts voicemail. I figure i must be over-looking something -- can anyone point it out? Thanks! -d Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 10/11/2003 08:55 AM I believe global "Hangup DTMF Tone Detection" was implemeted in v4.9 - it was not supported in v4.8.x You will need to upgrade to current version of VoiceGuide to use this feature. Share this post Link to post
