Incoming Voip Calls Not Working

Hi,

I have installed Dialogic HMP 3.0 to work with VG.

When i use the Demo of Dialogic it works fine.

When i try to use VG, i am getting from SJPhone 488 Not acceptable here.

Pleas find attached the traces from VG.

Can you post a WireShark log capturing the incoming SIP packets? Please post that along with the VoiceGuide traces.

It looks like the call from SJ Phone is trying to use a codec other then G.711, but we need to see WireShark trace to confirm.

WireShark can be obtained from www.wireshark.org

It is used to trace packets received/sent over the network.

You can limit the visible trace to SIP packets by typing SIP in the 'Filter' text box.
