Hello,

Is there any technique to make outbound call be receiving SMS? what device should I integrate with VG that when people send SMS to this device, VG can get caller ID and callback to the callerID?

You can probably just get a mobile phone and attach it to the computer and then have the software that reacts to received SMSs create a XML OutDial file that gets loaded in by VoiceGuide and results in outgoing call being made.

 

Google "receive SMS using computer". You chould find some useful software.
