The wav files are empty. Why? I uploaded the log. its suppoed to say "Invalid Credit Card Number".

Are you trying to use the "LH Michael" or "LH Michelle" TTS voices?

 

Is the TTS working for you when you use of of the Microsoft provided TTS engines? eg: Microsoft Mary

 

If the TTS works when Microsoft Mary is used, but not when one of the Lernout & Hauspie TTS engines is selected then the problem must be with the Lernout & Hauspie TTS engine provided.

 

Have you tried using the AT&T TTS engines? AT&T are the most commonly used TTS engines.

I don't care which engine is used. The default is microsoft anna in control panel.

 

In tolls tts app creates the wav file successfully.

I figured out the problem. It was a vista machine and i installed speech sdk 5.1 and tried using the settings from there.

 

Its working now.
