SupportTeam Report post Posted 10/27/2010 09:57 AM The Dialogic drivers installed on this system are not the right drivers for use with VoiceGuide v7. Please see our WWW Downloads page for links to Dialogic drivers for use with VoiceGuide v7. Uninstall your drivers (do not save configuration) then restart system and install the correct Dialogic drivers. It looks like the calls you are referring to are not active calls on system, and incorrect call length is being reported due to driver incompatibility. NB.
