Vg6 Phone Number Maximum

Hi Support Team

 

On our voice guide 6 machine we can dial local numbers fine e.g 0788053469 but we can't dial 00256788053469, the number does not even show up on the status monitor so its not dialing what setting should i change in voice guide.\

Could you please post a copy of VoiceGuide's Debug Printout which captures the loading of the outgoing call, this will allow us to see what happened.

 

Enable logging by setting the log levels to 10 in VG.INI as per below:

 

[Log]

VoiceGuide=10

NumberLoader=0

VoicemailManager=0

EmailSender=0

TapiWrapOcx=10

SapiWrapOcx=0

 

Debug Trace files will be created in VG's \log\ subdirectory.

 

Please post the traces.

 

When posting traces/scripts please .ZIP them up and post them as attachments.
