It used to work fine, but at some point, Voiceguide stopped checking the CallQue table (I use MS SQL DB) every second anymore, and the log shows, "DoWorkFindCall stage1 : Object reference not set to an instance of an object......" error messages. The IVR server worked fine for incoming calls though. I have restarted Voiceguide and it now seems to work fine, but I could not figure out what had caused it to stall. SupportTeam Report post Posted 11/23/2010 10:12 PM The newer versions of VoiceGuide have some improvements in re-connectivity after the connection to external CallQue database is broken (due to lack of network connectivity etc). The version of VoiceGuide v7 used on your system is a fairly old one. Please update system to current version of VoiceGuide v7 and post traces again if you still encounter a problem.
