tgarcia Report post Posted 11/26/2010 06:38 PM We're going to be using a Dialogic card, but I want to do my development on a system without one. What would be required to set this up? Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 11/26/2010 09:47 PM Set up VoiceGuide v7 in VoIP mode. That way you can test system by making calls into it using a VoIP phone (or softphone from another computer), by just dialing the IP address of the computer where the VoiceGuide is installed. tgarcia Report post Posted 11/30/2010 02:37 PM I've installed VoiceGuide. Will ANY Voip phone application work, then? I found your documentation here: http://www.voiceguide.com/vghelp/source/html/intro_welcome.htm - but I was wondering if there might be any sort of quickstart guide? Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 11/30/2010 07:42 PM If you have installed HMP and VoiceGuide then you can now place calls into the system. You can use any VoIP phone or softphone to make the call. Eg. SJPhone http://www.sjlabs.com/sjp.html Just dial the IP address of the system on which VoiceGuide/HMP is installed. If using a softphone then the softphone must be installed on a different computer that the one where VoiceGuide/HMP is installed. For VoIP installations please also see: http://www.voiceguide.com/vghelp/source/html/install_v7_dialogichmp.htm Share this post Link to post
