Guest dbana Report post Posted 11/30/2010 05:35 PM I'm using a voice modem and I'm trying to setup a simple application. I need the application to dial a number, which is a page access code in a PBX, play a message and hang up. I need this application to do this every day at 5:00PM. I try to right a VB script,I use the Telephone Numbers loader and the Script Designer. The problem is that the message is played to the end and then is played again half way. Any suggestions? SupportTeam Report post Posted 11/30/2010 08:08 PM Some voice modems have the playback problem that you describe. In general using voice modems are not a good choice for IVR applications.
