Transfer Call

I installed VG7 and dialogic HMP,I can transfer my call only with hookflash mode to my another IP, but i need test call recording and need 3-way call transfer for this, how can i use this transfer mode with my local clients?

Sounds like you are invoking the RFC 3515 REFER Transfer here, which is what VoiceGuide performs on VoIP systems when you specify to do a 'hookflash' transfer.

 

 

If you want to record calls then you would need to do a "Dial and Conference" (tromboned) transfer and then use the 2-line record function to record the conversation between the two parties.
