Dialogic Cards And Vg License

We have machines that run Vg 5 on windows XP using analog cards D/4PCIUF. Each machine has two cards making it 8 lines for dialing.

 

Question 1

if one of the cards(4 port card) is no longer working and we replace it with another one, will the voice guide licence still be valid on the four line going out on the new D/4PCIUF.

 

Question 2

If we want to refurbish an old machine running with a clean reinstall on windows on a licenced machine will the reinstallation of voice guide require a new licence or will the current licence apply.
