in the pbx settings and vg.ini its set to turn on message waiting lights

i anm getting this error in vgEngeine

 

vm MsgLamp control sIniPbx_MsgLamp_OnTrigger not set bu user. Assuming DISABLE

Can you please post the vgEngine trace capturing the system startup and the call.

Please .ZIP up traces before posting.

Trace shows that the VG.INI entries MsgLamp_OnTrigger and MsgLamp_OffTrigger have been set to Enable

These are not valid settings.

 

The valid settings for MsgLamp_OnTrigger and MsgLamp_OffTrigger are listed in VG.INI file directly above these entries.

For MsgLamp_OnTrigger the valid settings are ALLNEW and FIRSTNEW

For MsgLamp_OffTrigger the valid settings are NONEWMSGS and ONLOGIN and ONLOGOUT

thanks for fast response it seems that the outdial is not Enabeled where can i enabel enclosed is vg.ini config trace files
