But the VoiceGuide license that you have does not have Text-To-Speech (TTS) enabled. You must have Enterprise license to do TTS. vgEngine trace shows: 203355.639 6 1 1 WARN tts not enabled in this version. Share this post Link to post

SupportTeam Report post Posted 01/18/2011 05:42 AM Traces show that the license on this system is Professional+Dialer. Professional license does not include TTS. Maybe the TTS tests were conducted with evaluation version, before the license was applied? Share this post Link to post
allstatesmed Report post Posted 01/18/2011 01:40 PM I've had VG for over a year with the license installed and have tried TTS and still do and it works. Just to make sure we're on the same page, in the VG script, I have written text to be announced to the recipient, and they have heard this every time. Share this post Link to post

allstatesmed Report post Posted 01/21/2011 10:00 PM I've attached the log file. You can view the first call after system start (on 1/20/2011) made to the telephone ending in 9756. When I answered the phone, I could hear the TTS message even though in the log it says that the feature is not enabled. As for my original problem with the voicemail, I believe it had something to do with the line I had VG connected to.
