The IVR works well, but on having seen the LineStatus screen, I see that some numbers that the user presses, are not recognized for the IVR, and generates mistakes. SupportTeam Report post Posted 01/27/2011 07:21 AM DTMF detection problems can occur if call connection quality is poor. This can happen on mobile calls or poor VoIP connections. There are some basic DTMF detection related settings in ConfigLine, and there may be some more settings in Dialogic driver config files, but we usually do not recommend changing the DTMF related settings away from their default values.
