SupportTeam Report post Posted 01/28/2011 05:38 AM It looks like you are using v5 of VoiceGuide, correct? What device are you using VoiceGuide v5 with? Voice modem? It looks like the TAPI/Wave device that you are using reported an error when asked to play the sound file. Perhaps your TAPI device only supports certain format sound files? Some more information on this error may be able to be seen in the other VoiceGuide trace files created, or in the TAPI devices log, if it creates one. If you want to set up a professional IVR system the we would recommend getting a Dialogic card. Share this post Link to post

My VoiceModem is IC+ Chipset Voice Modem I will change Modem for further testing, Dialogic is best solution i knew. but before invest on hardware, we want clear VG's operation whether it's function match our reqeust . thanks! great supporting.
