Guest Nic Lowe Report post Posted 10/16/2003 12:31 AM Guys - there is probably a simple answer to this problem. 1. I am in and out of the office during the day - the IVR is always on. 2. If I am in the office and the phone rings, I will pick it up BUT then the IVR cuts in and 'talks' over me, even though I picked it up before the IVR did. Is there any way I can stop it doing this?
