Recording Cut Off

Using Version 7 enterprise with dialogic D/4PCIU4S

 

It seems that anytime my scripts record, it cuts off the last word from the recording. Is there any config change I can do to stop this from happening? thanks

Could you please post a copy of VoiceGuide's 'vgEngine' and 'ktTel' trace logs which captures the startup and the call and the recording being made, this will allow us to see what happened.

 

Debug Trace files are created in VG's \log\ subdirectory.

 

When posting traces/scripts please .ZIP them up and post them as attachments.

 

We can then see how the recording was made and what config settings should be changed.
