SupportTeam Report post Posted 02/10/2011 07:12 PM Could you please post a copy of VoiceGuide's 'vgEngine' and 'ktTel' trace logs which captures the startup and the call and the recording being made, this will allow us to see what happened. Debug Trace files are created in VG's \log\ subdirectory. When posting traces/scripts please .ZIP them up and post them as attachments. We can then see how the recording was made and what config settings should be changed. Share this post Link to post
