zmanim Report post Posted 02/20/2011 09:26 PM Dear voiceguide, I currently have vg6 installed on a win xp system with a dialogic d/c4pui board, and it works OK. I would like to now upgrade to vg7 (just to know that I have the latest version of voiceguide installed). Is there anything that should be uninstalled before I proceed with the installing of vg7? Should I be upgrading or changing any dialogic drivers before installing vg7? Please refer me to directions if applicable. Thank you. Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 02/21/2011 09:43 AM You will need to update the Dialogic drivers. Old drivers need to be uninstalled first. Do not 'save configuration'. Just fully uninstall them. Then install the drivers for VG v7 (see our WWW Downloads page). Share this post Link to post
