Record incoming calls

> Is there a possibility to use VoiceGuide to record the incoming calls? IF NOT - then can I write some external program that will do it? How do I link it with VoiceGuide?

 

 

 

It is quite easy to do this... the script would consost of a single record module.

 

1. Attach VoiceGuide to the line on which the calls are to be recorded.

2. set the number of rings after which VoiceGuide answers the call.

3. Whenever a call arrives make sure VocieGuide answers the call first - it will start recording immediately and then you can pick up the handset attached to the same line and start talking to the caller. Both sides of coversation will be recorded.

 

If you want to stop recording just press the VoiceGuide "Hangup" button, oterwise just hangup at teh end of the call - voiceguide will detect a busy tone and stop the script as well.
