iTime Report post Posted 02/25/2011 08:14 PM Dear Support, one of our customers is having a busy signal issue. They use VoiceGuide V7 with Dialogic D/240JCT (ISDN: NI2). The problem is that the users get busy signal all of sudden, and they had to reboot the server to fix the problem. This happened last week and the beginning of this week again. I am not sure if this is a problem of the Dialogic card or VoiceGuide at this moment. Could you please take a look at the attached log file and tell me if you could find any? Thanks for your help! SupportTeam Report post Posted 02/26/2011 03:48 AM Trace 0222_ktTel shows calls arriving until about 9AM. All calls completed fine with no errors. No calls arrived after 9:05AM VoiceGuide service was stopped at 11:53AM and started again at at 12:06PM Restart was fine with no errors reported. All channels were signaled by the Dialogic card as UNBLOCKED, which would indicate that the Dialogic cad thinks the T1 ISDN link is fine. But no calls arrived after restart either. At this stage it looks like it is an issue with the Telco provider not correctly routing calls down the T1 trunk. Share this post Link to post
