Vg Goes To Eval Mode Sometimes - Why

sometimes VG goes to eval mode and I have to keep putting in the serial again. it's version 7.9

Can you post the trace vgEngine and ktTel traces which capture the startup after which the software started up in Evaluation mode.

Most likely the Dialogic service did not start in time.

 

There should not be any need to enter the code again. Just restarting the VoiceGuide service should be sufficient as this would give the Dialogic service enough time to start.

 

The traces should show us what exactly happened.

Computer was turned off this time. It has happened before when the computer was up. I'll post a trace if it happens again.
