SupportTeam Report post Posted 03/17/2011 07:23 PM Could you please post a copy of VoiceGuide's Debug Trace which captures the system startup, this will allow us to see what happened. Debug Trace files are created in VG's \log\ subdirectory. Please post the traces and the VoiceGuide script used. When posting traces/scripts please .ZIP them up and post them as attachments. After changing Config.xml you need to restart the VoiceGuide service in order for the new configuration to be loaded. New vgEngine trace file will be created at time of VoiceGuide service restart.
