Guest dadozach Report post Posted 03/20/2011 01:26 AM My needs are limited to occasional outbound calling. I’ve just loaded the free version of VoiceGuide on my home machine and started testing it. The IVR software loads at startup and is a bit of a memory hog. I would much prefer the software not run automatically at startup. What specific lines do I need to comment out in the system.ini file to turn that off and when I want it to run, can I simply run the Dialogic Configuration Manager – DCM and then the VoiceGuide Software? SupportTeam Report post Posted 03/20/2011 07:24 AM You can change to properties of the VoiceGuide service to be "Manual Start". This is done in Control Panel -> Administrative Tools -> Services. Then when you want to start the service then right click on the VoiceGuide IVR icon in the icon tray next to clock display at bottom of screen and select 'Start'. Similar to stop service afterwards.
