Avm Fritz Card Dtmf Recognition

I am using a Fritz ISDN card and have set up the voicemail system supplied to test funtionality.

 

Upon being prompted for the 4 digit Voicemail Box number I proceed to enter tge number. The first 3 digits are recognised no problem. When I try enter the 4th digit the Welcome Message starts playing again.

 

Any ideas?

I suspect the problem is not with DTMF tone recognition - after all the system reacts to the 4th keypress - it's just not doing what you expect it to do... (and the AVM Fritz!Card that we have used for testing detects DTMFs very well)

 

Could you please post a copy of VoiceGuide's Debug Printout which captures the problem, this will allow us to see what is going wrong.

 

(When running the script click on VoiceGuide's View menu and select 'Event Trace Log' option - any log information will then appear in this window. You must open the trace window before making the call.)

 

Which version of VoiceGuide are you using?
