hello, the Dialogic HMP software only works on version 7 VG?

What kind of license should I buy for: replacing a 4-port card.

I will use ACD Voice Guide. 4 agents.

What need to do:

inbound with tts and. wav files.

dialer with tts and. wav files.

4 ACD agents.

please help how many of each and which.

I will connect to Asterisk SIP extensions.

the Dialogic HMP software only works on version 7 VG?

Yes. Only VoiceGuide v7 can work with HMP software.

 

For 4 agents you will need HMP and VoiceGuide licenses for

 

- call legs to 4 agents

- call legs to 4 callers that are speaking to agents

- call legs to ? callers that are in queue waiting to speak to agents. It is up to you decide up to how many callers in queue should your system handle.

 

 

eg. for 12 callers in queue + 4 agents + 4 callers currently talking to agents you would need a total of 20 licenses.
