DashFFWD Report post Posted 04/06/2011 02:17 PM Hi Support Team we use voice guide 6 connected to an E1 line. My question is: "Is there a way in voice guide to find out how many numbers in my dialed list actually connected and which ones were dialed and did not connect." I often find in my vgl that after i dialed 20 000 numbers twice, i only have 11 000 records in my vgl file can i safely assume that all those that did not connect were not recorded in my vgl file? I have attached a picture with my settings when i dial. Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 04/06/2011 08:35 PM can i safely assume that all those that did not connect were not recorded in my vgl file? Yes. If the call is not connected then the script will not be ran. Script's log entries are made only when the script is ran. VoiceGuide v7 has comprehensive CDR logs that detail the outcome of every call made/attempted by the system. If you need to track in detail the calls that are attempted by the system then you may want to look at upgrading to v7. Share this post Link to post
