SupportTeam Report post Posted 04/08/2011 08:48 PM With VoiceGuide v7 you just stop and then start the VoiceGuide Windows Service. This can be done from the 'IVR' tray icon that should be visible in the lower right corner of the screen. Right click on the icon and select 'Stop' and once the icon changes to show that the service is stopped then right click on the icon and select 'Start'. You can also stop and start the service from the Windows own service manager. Share this post Link to post
