SupportTeam Report post Posted 04/19/2011 07:59 AM v5 is not supported on Win7/Win2008. The UnimodemV that is required to use voice modems has been discontinued in those versions. Are you trying to use a Voice Modem or some other TAPI/Wave device? Share this post Link to post

SupportTeam Report post Posted 04/19/2011 08:33 AM Could you please post a copy of VoiceGuide's Debug Trace which captures the startup, this will allow us to see what happened. Enable logging by setting the log levels to 10 in VG.INI as per below: [Log] VoiceGuide=10 NumberLoader=0 VoicemailManager=0 EmailSender=0 TapiWrapOcx=10 SapiWrapOcx=0 Debug Trace files are created in VG's \log\ subdirectory. When posting traces/scripts please .ZIP them up and post them as attachments. If no traces are created then use depends.exe (http://www.dependencywalker.com/) to check if all requiried DLLs are present on your system. Share this post Link to post
