I purchased 24 more lines but the system does not show them. Callers say we max out at 12, which shows new lines are not being used to dial out. Status monitor only shows the 23 on the top but says 48 on the bottom bar.

The attached Config.xml looks fine, with 46 channels to be opened specified in it, but the traces show that the read in confdig.xml only has 23 channel entries.

 

Did you save the config.xml in the right place? (C:\Program Files\VoiceGuide\conf\Config.xml)

Thanks.. The proper location should have been C:\Program Files\VoiceGuide\conf and I was using config
