mut Report post Posted 05/28/2011 09:49 AM Hello, I was wondering if there are any add on’s? (Third party?) That can be used to verify “mumbled” addresses like a “postcode finder”?. What I need to do is take Credit Card details/address, and repeat it back to the customer to check that the CC numbers are correct and the postal address is correct, and then get them to verify by pressing "1" for correct, and "0" for incorrect (and user then re-enters) Cheers Mut Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 05/29/2011 05:55 AM Sounds like you want to use speech recognition for the 're-entering of address part' correct? And I assume that you would like to use the entered postcode to narrow down the range of possible street and suburb names? This is possible. It would involve a fairly straightforwardness database lookup to generate a list of suburb names and street names and generate (or select a pre-generated) grammar file to dynamically load when its time to recognize the suburbs/streets/etc. VoiceGuide can dunalically load new grammars during the call, so its possible to implement this system with VoiceGuide. Please let us know if you have any questions. Share this post Link to post
