File Error

We are evaluating voice guide and had no apparent trouble creating the script. However, we reveive the meesage that "there is an error playing the file" as soon as the dialogic board answers.

Dialogic Wave driver uses sound files in the following format PCM 11025Hz, 8bit, Mono. When using a Dialogic card, all sound files should be recorded in the above format.
