dennis Report post Posted 10/24/2003 10:09 AM I got the same problem using my D/4PCICN card in China. Disconnect tone is captured in the attached file. And, VG ususally reports "Waiting for a call... (?)" / "Hanging up call...(2)" and sometimes prompts up an error message "svchost.exe has generated errors....". Pls advise. disconnect_china.zip Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 10/24/2003 10:14 AM Please tell us what version of Windows and Service Pack are you using, what version of Dialogic Drivers are you using, and of course please tell us what version of VoiceGuide are you using... Then could you please send us a copy of VoiceGuide's Debug Printout which captures the problem, this will allow us to see what is going wrong. (When running the script click on VoiceGuide's View menu and select 'Event Trace Log' option - any log information will then appear in this window. You must open the trace window before making the call.) Share this post Link to post
