svchost.exe has generated errors....

I got the same problem using my D/4PCICN card in China. Disconnect tone is captured in the attached file. And, VG ususally reports "Waiting for a call... (?)" / "Hanging up call...(2)" and sometimes prompts up an error message "svchost.exe has generated errors....".

Please tell us what version of Windows and Service Pack are you using, what version of Dialogic Drivers are you using, and of course please tell us what version of VoiceGuide are you using...

 

Then could you please send us a copy of VoiceGuide's Debug Printout which captures the problem, this will allow us to see what is going wrong.

 

(When running the script click on VoiceGuide's View menu and select 'Event Trace Log' option - any log information will then appear in this window. You must open the trace window before making the call.)

VG is version 4.7.27 and platform is win2k pro sp4.

Dialogic card is D/4PCICN and its driver is SR5.1.1.

 

Currently i connect 2 lines to the voice card.

v4.5.x-v4.7.x occasionally exhibited such issues with Dialogic SR5.1.1

v4.9 onwards did not. Please download and install v4.9 from:
