mikeraut Report post Posted 07/24/2011 08:20 PM I am unable to record a prompt on this combination of software, Win7 Voiceguide 7.2.3 dialogic R6 build 250. The identical vg version is working fine on Win2003, running the same application. The log reports 'silence detected'. What happens is that when I am about to record the prompt, the line hangs up. SupportTeam Report post Posted 07/25/2011 12:45 AM Have you used the Dialogic drivers that are intended for use on Win7, or did you use the same ones as were used on Win2003? Could you please post Dialogic's RTF logs as well as VoiceGuide's ktTel logs that capture system startup and the call. Share this post Link to post
