SupportTeam Report post Posted 07/31/2011 12:03 AM In a Call Transfer module use an expression like this to specify an expression like this: acd:queuename eg: acd:accounts would place the call in ACD queue 'accounts' and that call would then be directed to agents that have a 'skill' in 'accounts'.
